Introducing Temecula's newest (and smallest) bakery.

Levity Baking Co makes small batches of hand-mixed, naturally fermented sourdough bread.

We use organic, unbleached flour and sourdough starter for all of our breads. Each loaf is fermented for between 14-20 hours in total, making the bread much more flavorful and nutritious than mass-produced bread.

Each week we bake small batches of bread (6-12 loaves per batch). We produce different styles and seasonal flavors throughout the year.
